About Executive Insight

Executive Insight is a specialised healthcare consultancy that partners with leading biopharmaceutical companies to prepare, launch, and commercialise their products successfully. With offices in London, Zurich, and New York, we work as one integrated team across borders.

Our culture is built on honesty, freedom, and caring. We believe that while individual talent is essential, true excellence is achieved through collaboration, shared ideas, and intellectual curiosity. We foster a non-hierarchical, open environment where teamwork and trust drive impactful outcomes in the dynamic world of healthcare consulting.

Our London office is friendly and close-knit. As a smaller consultancy within an international group, you won't be siloed into a single function; everyone here contributes beyond their core role, whether that's joining an internal team, helping shape an event, or simply making the office a great place to work. If you thrive in an environment where no two weeks look the same and your input genuinely matters, you'll feel at home here.

About the role

We are seeking a Recruiter who will be the company's first point of contact for candidates and will support our team in sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates and coordinating recruitment activities for our London, Zurich and New York offices as well as ad hoc projects. The recruiter is responsible for implementing the recruitment strategy, assisting with pro active candidate outreach for specialist roles and the coordination of all stages of the recruitment and feedback cycle. The Recruiter would also participate in recruitment events such as university career fairs and the management of university relationships. In addition, this role will provide UK specific insight regarding the local hiring market.

At Executive Insight, we strongly believe that every interaction with a candidate reflects who we are. You will own the candidate experience end to end, ensuring that whether or not someone joins us, they leave the process feeling valued and well informed. This commitment to a first class candidate experience is central to our success in attracting the best talent in life sciences consulting.
