This role is designed to give you real responsibility, structured learning, and exposure to how innovation works inside a fast moving FMCG business.You'll work closely with Innovation Managers, Regulatory and Artwork partners, gaining hands on experience of how creativity meets reality in a regulated environment.As part of the internship, you'll also own one low complexity innovation project end to end, giving you true delivery experience - not just task support.Key ResponsibilitiesJump into the world of Front of Pack (FOP) claims, helping keep everything accurate, up to date and ready for approval across our product range.Get hands on with artwork and claims reviews, spotting gaps, asking questions and working with the team to fix issues fast.Play a key role in keeping artwork projects moving, supporting approvals, tracking versions and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.Be part of the action on innovation projects, helping track progress, manage timelines and keep everyone aligned.Collaborate with teams across the business, joining project meetings, gathering insights and organising materials, samples and files.Bring fresh thinking, sharing ideas to improve how we work and make processes smoother and smarter.Own your own mini project, taking the lead on a pack or formula update and seeing it come to life with full team support.Experience You'll BringCurious, organised and detail driven, you enjoy digging into information and spotting what others might miss.A natural problem solver, excited by making sense of complex information and finding ways to improve things.Passionate about sustainability, motivated to make an impact and do the right thing, the right way.A proactive self starter, happy to roll up your sleeves, get stuck in and learn by doing.A confident communicator, comfortable working with different teams and sharing ideas clearly.Comfortable with Excel and MS Office, able to build presentations, trackers and keep things organised.A strong academic background, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or finishing before you join).(Bonus) Any previous internship or short work experience, especially within FMCG, is a plus.About us:We are the people behind method + Ecover.
