Interim Transformation Lead - Children's Social Care

Baltimore Consulting is seeking an Interim Programme Lead for Children's Social Care Transformation on an initial 7-month contract. The role is hybrid with a day rate of £800, Inside IR35 via umbrella, and reports to the Assistant Director of Transformation.

You will lead a high-profile portfolio spanning service redesign, financial sustainability and system-wide improvement, managing senior programme professionals and delivering tangible improvements for children, young people and families.
