Interim Transformation Finance Business Partner

Morgan McKinley are seeking a confident and proactive Transformation Finance Business Partner who thrives on ownership, bringing their expertise to support a significant transformation agenda. The successful candidate will operate as a key finance partner embedded within a wider change programme-working independently, solving problems as they arise, and delivering clear, actionable insights.

This role is a 12 month contract paying £400 a day inside IR35 with hybrid working available

What You'll Bring:

• Solid experience in finance partnering within transformational or strategic initiatives, ideally from a private equity-backed environment.
• Proven ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision, managing complex financial data and processes.
• Demonstrable success working across multiple stakeholders, delivering robust financial analysis and reporting to senior leadership.
• Comfort with configuring and maintaining financial platforms, supporting end-users, and adapting to evolving business needs.
• Strong communication skills, enabling clear, concise engagement with diverse teams, including executives.

• Fully qualified finance professional (CIMA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) with strong private equity transformation experience.
• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Expertise in financial analysis, modelling, and management reporting, with experience configuring and supporting financial systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership and enabling user adoption.
