- Managed a suite of 17 Theatres on 3 sites which included specialities of CEPOD, Trauma, Central Delivery Suite, Vascular, Urology, ENT, Plastics, General surgery, Day Surgery.
- Programme Director for Theatre Productivity Steering Group responsible to deliver £500k of CIP savings in 6 months.
- Developed Business Plans for increasing Critical Care bed capacity.
- Project Managed a major staff restructure of a large Theatres department at a large Acute Trust.
Experienced in budget planning, operational redesign & change, contract & SLA development, and being a member of the Senior Management Team.
