Interim Team Manager - Duty & Assessment - Children's social care - Barnet Council

Our client, Barnet Council, is seeking an agency Team Manager for its Children's Duty & Assessment team.

This role will last 3 months initially, paid in line with London/DFE pay rates.

The role will involve the following:

• Team Manager - Duty & Assessment
• This is a hybrid role
• Manager will need to be in approx. twice a week.
• In addition, every 4th week is a duty week and they will need to be in all that week.

Requirements of the role:

• Qualified Social Worker
• Fully Social Work England registered
• 3 years post-qualified experience in employment of a local authority (DFE rules)
• The client requires the successful candidate to have significant experience as a Team Manager
• They would also like this experience to include managing an Assessment team
