Job Description

An Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist to:

- Lead on operational end-to-end recruitment

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle up to offer stage

- Manage up to 15 live vacancies at one time

- Partner with the organisation to develop key stakeholder relationships

- Use headhunting candidate resourcing activities, including Linkedin Recruiter

The Successful Applicant

An Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist with:

- Previous experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical or bio-tech organisations essential

- Previous end-to-end recruitment experience

- Able to start at short notice
