Interim Talent Acquisition Manager (12 Months)

Join the Zurich Ireland Integrated Talent Management Team as our Interim Talent Acquisition Manager for 12 months and lead a dedicated team of recruitment professionals who champion our brand and help us build a brighter future. You'll work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders, ensuring we attract, engage, and onboard talented individuals who share our purpose and values. This role is located in Dublin and Wexford, working in a hybrid way.

This role may be available part time or full time. If you need flexibility, discuss your requirements during the interview.

Your Role
  • Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive Excellence: Oversee all aspects of local recruitment, from strategy to delivery, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and a strong talent pipeline.
  • Champion Diversity: Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion at every stage of the hiring journey, promoting fair and unbiased processes.
  • Strengthen Our Brand: Position Zurich as an Employer of Choice by amplifying our purpose and values across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Empower Success: Guide hiring managers and teams to deliver best in class assessment, selection, and onboarding experiences, supporting every new joiner's first steps.
  • Champion Internal Mobility & Skills Development: Embed skill based interviewing techniques into the selection process to accurately assess candidates' capabilities. Proactively champion internal mobility by prioritizing the growth and development of existing employees-focusing on building skills within Zurich rather than sourcing talent externally. Support hiring managers in identifying opportunities for internal movement, fostering a culture of learning and career progression.
  • Maximise Your Coaching Ability: Take an active role in self growth by deepening your expertise in profiling assessments. Use these skills to advise and gauge potential and growth areas in candidates effectively, enabling informed selection and development decisions.
  • Collaborate & Influence: Partner with HR colleagues and stakeholders, sharing insights and data to shape strategies and improve how we deliver for our people and business.

Additional Information

Work location is Wexford or Dublin. Occasional travel may be required to other Zurich locations.
