Interim Senior Property Lawyer - Land & Development

Simmons Adaptive is seeking a senior property lawyer with real estate experience to support a key client at Simmons & Simmons on an interim, full time basis for six months. This consultant can be based in London, Manchester, Milton Keynes or the Isle of Man.

You will bring strong land acquisition and development experience, be able to advise on funding arrangements, work autonomously yet collaboratively, and thrive in a fast moving environment with tight deadlines.
