Senior FP&A Analyst - initial 3 month interim assignment - Hybrid working - Central London - £400-£500 per day - Inside IR35 - Mid-Sized Global business - Immediate/short notice

We are looking for a hands-on Senior FP&A Analyst during an exciting period of transformation. This is an interim assignment for initially 3 months, based in Central London with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).

As this is a critical short-term contract, you need to be a self-starter who can pick up tasks quickly. You will take immediate ownership of core reporting, forecasting, and financial modelling while helping upgrade the data architecture.

This is a visible position with senior stakeholder management, making it a great opportunity for an ambitious FP&A analyst to deliver immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

• FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and 3-5 year long-range planning
• Financial Modelling and three-statement models
• Reporting & Variance Analysis
• Prepare monthly management accounts and KPIs
• Manipulating large, complex datasets from disparate sources.
• Process Automation to help standardise manual reporting workflows.
• Business Partnering

Skills and Experience

• Qualified accountant with PQE
• Advanced Excel skills with a proven track record of building and auditing full three-statement models from scratch.
• FP&A, Management Accounting and business partnering experience
• Advantageous if you've worked for a PE backed business.
