Interim SEND SEF Lead for Inspection Readiness

We Do Social Work seeks an experienced SEND Improvement Consultant / SEF Programme Lead to support development and completion of a Self-Evaluation Framework in preparation for inspection. This interim, hybrid role (3-6 months) requires rapid credibility, independent working and timely high-quality outputs.

You will lead analysis of SEND performance, coordinate evidence with senior leaders and multi-agency partners, and craft clear narratives showing progress against identified priorities.
