Interim Support Manager - Learning Disabilities Home (Hull)
Location: Hull
Contract Type: Interim - 6 months
Day Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience and inside IR35
Start Date: Immediate
Panoramic Associates are seeking a dynamic leader to help oversee a well-established residential home for adults with learning disabilities in Hull. This interim role offers a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensure high-quality care, and drive positive outcomes for residents during a period of transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of care professionals
- Implement and maintain high standards of care and safeguarding
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
- Liaise with families, professionals, and external agencies
- Drive continuous improvement and person-centred planning
About You
- Registered Manager experience in a learning disability setting
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding practices
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred
- Able to hit the ground running and bring stability and vision during a key period
