Interim Registered Manager - Children's Home Leader

Vetro Recruitment is seeking an Interim Registered Manager for an Ofsted-registered children's home in Daventry. The role leads day-to-day operations, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance to deliver outstanding outcomes for children.

You will oversee care planning, risk and behaviour management, plus staff supervision and development, while maintaining strong relationships with placing authorities and partners. This is a hands-on, 40-hour-per-week contract role.
