Interim Real Estate Consultant

Do you have experience managing real estate portfolios and supporting real estate projects in a commercial environment?
This is the role for you!
We are looking for a real estate consultant for a big e-commerce company In Utrecht, for a long assignment of 7 months (until the end of 2024).

• Realize, organize and optimize the company's RE portfolio.
• Negotiate and process real estate contracts and documents.
• Initate new acquisitions, replacements and advice the board on future strategic locations.
• Support relevant stakeholders and all logistics organizations.
• Build relationship with various stakeholders: municipalities, developers, advisors etc.
