Interim Public Sector Housing Procurement Lead (Hybrid)

Cedar is supporting a Local Authority in Central London to hire an Interim Procurement Project Manager for a housing programme. The role is a 6-18 month contract, offering up to £500 per day inside IR35, with hybrid work and 1 on-site day per week.

Start ideally in August 2026 to align with project milestones. The successful candidate will liaise with internal Commercial and Legal teams and external suppliers to ensure value for money, compliance and timely delivery of the Housing procurement
