Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead end-to-end procurement processes for construction projects
  • Collaborate with property and procurement teams to develop tender documentation and manage approvals
  • Shape contract strategies and routes to market in partnership with senior stakeholders
  • Drive procurement projects from planning through to contract award
The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Procurement Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in public sector procurement, ideally within local government
  • Strong knowledge of construction procurement and frameworks
  • Operational, hands-on approach to procurement delivery
  • Ability to work on-site in Harlow 4 days per week
  • Immediate availability preferred
