Interim People Partner: Change & Employee Relations Lead

A leading HR consultancy in the East Midlands is seeking an experienced Interim People Partner to provide HR support during a period of organisational change. This role requires strong Employee Relations expertise and proven experience in managing change initiatives. Candidates should have a solid understanding of UK employment law and excellent communication skills. This is a hybrid role with 4 days in-office, aimed at improving HR practices during the transition period.
