For the maternity cover of our Pattern Maker, we are looking for a detail-oriented and solution-driven person to join our team from July 2026 to March 2027. In this role, you will develop and maintain our base pattern library, ensure consistent grading logic across categories, and support the product creation team through expert pattern development and fitting.

Develop base and style patterns (CAD and 3D) based on the design, product management, and development
Create, maintain, and continuously refine base patterns across product categories to ensure consistent fit and brand silhouette
Ensure all base patterns follow the brand's fit philosophy and support ergonomic movement and functional performance
Maintain and evolve the base pattern library, including patterns, measurements, and grading, within both CAD and PLM systems
Define, update, and optimize grading rules for all product categories
Document grading logic in PLM and ensure accurate and consistent application across seasons and product lines
Identify, analyze, and resolve fit issues, including proposing and executing precise pattern corrections
Guarantee fit consistency across all collections through rigorous fit governance and pattern validation
Provide expert support to development teams on pattern-, construction-, and fit-related topics
Collaborate closely with pattern makers and developers in headquarters to align fit standards and development processes
Work cross-functionally with Product Development, Design, Product Management, and Material teams to ensure cohesive product creation
Create accurate 3D product simulations using VStitcher / Browzwear to support virtual validation, design reviews, and decision-making
Organize and support fit meetings, proto reviews, and salesman sample/sizeset evaluations, ensuring clear documentation and follow-up
Manage and coordinate fit models, including booking, measurements, and alignment with fit standards
Play to your strengths
Degree or diploma in Pattern Making, Technical Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, or equivalent, experience in the outdoor industry would be a plus
3-5 years experience as a Pattern Maker in the apparel industry
Extensive experience in creating and maintaining precise grading standards
Experience with base pattern evolution and long-term fit strategy and an understanding of functional movement logic for sports/outdoor gear would be desirable
Teamplayer with strong communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with strong sense of accuracy and quality
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to improve processes
Structured, organized, and able to handle multiple categories or tasks
Fluent in English (written/spoken)
Proficiency in an industry standard CAD pattern software (preferably Assyst), 3D Fit Tools (Preferably Browzwear/V-Stitcher) and experience with PLM Systems
