3 days a week, until end of September)
£600-£700 per day (PAYE)

We are seeking an experienced Interim Part-Time HR Project Manager to join a business consultancy firm for a 3-month contract. In this role, you will oversee and manage multiple complex projects across the People Function, with a primary focus on reward. You will utilise various project management methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple complex projects within the People Function, focusing on reward.
- Work within the Consulting Service Line role across multiple work streams, utilising methodologies such as stakeholder mapping, RACI, and Waterfall.
- Produce end-to-end delivery plans and report back to key stakeholders
- Develop and execute project plans for key initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Write and distribute communications across HR functions
- Collaborate closely with data protection, legal, and DEI teams to ensure comprehensive project coverage.
- Identify priority areas and partner with stakeholders to implement change.
Essential experience/skills - Proven experience in project management within the People Function.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Visio, Prince2, Lean 6, Six Sigma, and Waterfall.
- Experience overseeing global compensation strategies and managing reward frameworks.
- Strong data management and reporting skills.
- Expertise in transformation and change program management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with senior leaders.
- Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
