Interim Management Accountant/Finance Manager

We're looking for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join a busy operational site and work closely with the Finance Manager and wider leadership team.

Contract Duration: at least until end of Jan 2027 (likely be to the end March)

Mode: 4 days office, 1 day remote

Location: Aylesbury

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts
• Provide financial analysis and commercial insight
• Business partner with operational teams
• Support cost control and continuous improvement
• Challenge assumptions and identify performance opportunities

About You:

• Qualified or part-qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA
• Experience in manufacturing or operational environments
• Strong analytical and business partnering skills
• Proactive, hands-on and commercially focused
