Based in Central London, this is a standalone part time role that involves auditing current HR processes and working closely with the CEO on annual employee budget preparations.
This hybrid position will also cover managing monthly payroll, suggesting improvements to onboarding and offboarding processes, overseeing recruitment and considering the ongoing HR support and resourcing needs of the business.

Reporting to the CEO, this role will be responsible for leading on all aspects of the HR operational support function. The role and responsibilities encompass providing expert HR and ED&I advice and support to senior management.
The HR Manager will be responsible for all aspects of employment strategy including terms and conditions, performance management, training and development, reviewing and developing HR policies and procedures, implementing best practice in relation to recruitment and provide guidance on ED&I issues.
The role will include general HR administration, recruitment and support in respect of ED&I.
