Interim HR Business Partner - Manufacturing

Compleat Food Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work across their sites in Evesham, Worcester, and Battersea. This role involves partnering with site leadership teams to develop effective HR solutions and drive employee engagement initiatives. Candidates should have at least 2 years' experience in fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environments and be CIPD Level 7 qualified. The position offers a competitive salary of £55k, initial contract for 3 months, with immediate start. Strong knowledge of UK employment law is essential.
