Looking for an Interim HR Advisor to join the Human Resources team, immediately.

An Interim HR Advisor to:

  • Manage the recruitment process.
  • Support on complex ER cases.
  • Coaching and advising managers.
  • Assist in the delivery of HR related tasks within the department.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
  • Help in promoting an engaging and inclusive work culture.
  • Support in various HR projects as required.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new HR initiatives.

Profile

An Interim HR Advisor with:

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to start immediately
