Interim Head of People - Growth & Transformation Leader

Jobs4 in London is seeking an experienced Interim Head of People to lead a pivotal transformation and join as the number two in the People function. This hybrid role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery to support growth, alignment and change.

You will partner with Executive leaders to shape the workforce strategy, drive culture integration and deliver programmes across a large, matrix organisation for an initial 3 month plus assignment, with an immediate start.
