Interim Head of HR - Strategic People Leader (Hybrid)

Gofractional is seeking an Interim Head of HR to support the delivery of the People & Culture plan. The role includes leading a small HR team, providing expert HR guidance, and aligning workforce planning with service delivery needs. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with employment law while fostering a positive culture.

The position offers a hybrid working model, ideally requiring 2 days in the office each week, with a full-time commitment of 35 hours a week. A competitive salary of £55,000 per year is offered.
