Interim Head of Claims Operations - Remote Germany

Ports North in Germany is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Claims Operations to lead and stabilise a 20-person Claims team. The role focuses on setting clear structures, coaching, and driving performance with defined KPIs and service levels.
