Interim FP&A / Transformation Consultant

Prospera Executive are seeking an experienced and strategic Interim FP&A / Transformation Consultant to join a VC backed technology company headquartered in Barcelona. This is a pivotal role during a key period of change, offering the opportunity to shape the company's financial planning and performance management processes while contributing directly to broader business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and financial modeling.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making.
• Partner with key stakeholders across departments (Product, Tech, Operations, Commercial) to align financial plans with business goals.
• Lead or support transformation initiatives related to finance operations, process automation, and data-driven reporting.
• Assess and improve current FP&A tools, processes, and systems for scalability and efficiency.
• Deliver executive-level reporting with clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record in FP&A roles within high-growth, tech-enabled environments.
• Strong experience managing financial transformations, including systems implementation or process redesign.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
• Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills.
• Available to start immediately and able to commit for a 6-9 month period.
• Previous experience in technology or fast-scaling B2C environments is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
