Interim FMCG Commercial Manager - Hybrid (UK Grocery)

Novus Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Interim Commercial Manager for a UK Grocery Retail account in the East Midlands. The role gives you full ownership of a major grocery account while supporting another key retailer, shaping customer plans, leading negotiations, and driving distribution.

You will work with a Commercial Controller and cross-functional teams, manage launches, promotions and JBPs, and use data to spot risks and opportunities, with a hybrid office pattern.
