Job Description
 - 9 month contract
 - Hybrid working and option to work 4 days per week

Job Description- Oversee the organisation's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with its broader goals.
 - Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
 - Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
 - Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
 - Collaborate with senior leadership to advise on financial risks and opportunities.
 - Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
 - Lead the preparation of annual accounts and liaise with external auditors.
 - Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and insights.
 
A successful Interim Finance Director should:
- Be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
 - Have robust charity sector experience at Director level
 - Strong experience in financial leadership within the not-for-profit sector.
 - Proven ability to manage complex financial operations and reporting.
 - Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
 - Experience collaborating with senior leadership to drive organisational success.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 - Effective communication and leadership abilities
 
- An estimated salary range of £65,700 to £76,00 per annum.
