Interim Facilities Officer: Compliance & Maintenance Lead

Park Avenue Recruitment is sourcing an Interim Facilities Officer for a local authority in the North West. The role is a 6-month contract at £250 per day, tasked with supporting corporate property estate with compliance and maintenance activities.

You will join an established Facilities Management and Property Compliance team, ensuring buildings stay safe, compliant and well-maintained, including audits, inspections and coordination of maintenance with contractors.
