Job Description

An Interim Employee Relations Specialist to:

- Manage a high volume of ER casework

- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

- Advise on policies and procedures

- Support an organisation through a period of change and backlog of casework

- To prepare paperwork for tribunal

- Work closely with the trade unions

The Successful Applicant

A Interim Employee Relations Specialist with:

- Previous employee relations experience, including grievances and disciplinaries

- Previous experience of employment tribunals desirable

- Previous NFP experience desirable

- Previous trade union experience
