Interim Emergency Planning & Resilience Lead (3 months)

Harlow District Council is seeking an Interim Emergency Planning and Resilience Manager for a 3-month agency contract in Harlow, Essex. The role is on a 3 days per week basis, with 2 days on site, and a daily umbrella rate of £500 inside IR35.

The successful candidate will lead emergency planning, resilience, and recovery activities, upskill staff, and run exercises while ensuring robust governance and data protection compliance.
