Interim Director, Community & Sport Development

British Triathlon is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Community & Sport Development to lead the Development Directorate during a maternity cover period. Based at the Head Office in Loughborough, the role offers hybrid working with national travel as required.

The postholder will drive participation, clubs and regional activity, support senior leadership, and align delivery with the organisation's strategy and Sport England investments.
