Job Description

Venn Group have picked up a search for an interim Credit Controller with a Private Healthcare provider in London.

This is a short time rolling contract whilst the business search for a permanent hire.

Applicants must have proven experience chasing PMI and self-pay debt and be available on-site 4 days per week.

This role is going to move quickly, so candidates will only be considered if they are on 1 weeks notice, or less.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and reduce aged debt by proactively chasing outstanding payments
  • Liaise with patients, insurers, and internal teams to resolve billing queries
  • Reconcile payments and ensure accurate maintenance of debtor accounts
  • Support month-end reporting and contribute to credit control process improvements

Requirements:

  • Proven credit control experience in a private healthcare organisation
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
