Interim COO (9 Months) - Hands-On Governance & Hiring

Applied Blockchain in London is seeking a hands-on Chief Operating Officer on a nine-month contract to drive delivery across governance, recruitment and operations. The role is hands-on, not purely strategic, and requires autonomously running share option administration, board materials, and hiring processes.

The successful candidate will blend governance with practical admin tasks, line-manage a direct report, and report delivery progress to the CEO using AI-assisted tooling.
