About the Role:
You will support the Compliance team by advising on legal and regulatory obligations, ensuring compliance with FCA rules, and leading key projects including the implementation of the Senior Managers & Certification Regime and upcoming FCA regulatory changes. Your role involves horizon scanning for regulatory developments, delivering compliance training, maintaining policies, and supporting operational resilience.

What You'll Bring:
- Experience in a regulated environment, ideally within insurance intermediaries or companies
- Strong knowledge of FCA regulations relevant to insurance (e.g., PRIN, SYSC, COCON, COND, FIT, TC, PROD, ICOBS, SUP)
- Ability to interpret and translate regulatory requirements into practical compliance solutions
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Experience with US surplus lines insurance preferred but not essential
