Job Description

We're currently supporting a local authority in their search for an Interim Change Consultant to lead and coordinate the development of a change strategy, grounded in organisational culture change methodology. The consultant will be responsible for implementing a phased return-to-office programme that aligns with the Council's values, prioritises staff wellbeing, ensures infrastructure readiness and engages key stakeholders.

Key Experience Required
  • Proven track record in programme or change management within local government or large public sector organisations
  • Experience leading workforce transformation or hybrid working initiatives
  • Strong understanding of organisational development, employee engagement, and infrastructure planning
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate across HR, IT, Estates, and Communications
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, including Trade Unions, senior leadership, and frontline staff
