Interim Building Surveyor - Damp & Mould Specialist (NE)

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is currently recruiting an experienced Building Surveyor to join a Social Housing organisation on an interim basis, covering properties in the North East.

The role focuses on damp, mould and condensation surveys within occupied properties, identifying defects and recommending remedial works.

You will complete accurate reports and survey notes, and liaise professionally with tenants and internal teams to ensure timely remedial action.
