Salary: £50,000 to £55,000

Hybrid: 3 days on-site in Winnersh

This is an excellent opportunity for a practice-trained accountant who enjoys managing client relationships, reviewing accounts, and mentoring junior staff.

What You'll Do

• Manage and nurture strong client relationships.

• Manage end-to-end accounting for a portfolio, including management accounts, statutory accounts, and VAT returns.

• Conduct regular client review meetings.

• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, providing professional advice and support.

What You Bring

• ACCA or ACA qualification with 3+ year PQE or qualified by experience.
• Proven experience managing client portfolios
• Leadership skills to guide junior team members and ensure high-quality output

• Strong technical knowledge

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
