Interim / Fractional Commercial Technology Counsel (French or German speaking)

We're supporting a globally recognised technology business as it expands its enterprise customer base across Europe.

They are looking for an experienced commercial technology lawyer who can review and negotiate SaaS and software agreements in French and/or German, advising on local contracting norms and helping sales teams close enterprise deals across key European markets.

This is a highly flexible engagement rather than a traditional interim contract. Workload will vary depending on deal flow, making it particularly attractive for consultants, portfolio lawyers and experienced contractors supporting multiple clients.

Key requirements:

• Strong commercial technology/SaaS contracting background
• Fluent French and/or German language capability
• Comfortable negotiating directly with customers and counsel
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision
• Understanding of French and/or German contracting standards
• In-house technology company or leading law firm background preferred

Nice to have:

• Public sector or quasi-government procurement experience
• Prior experience supporting enterprise sales organisations
