About the Role
As an Integrations Support Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for technical support on live integrations between cloud-based HR systems.
Working closely with international clients, you will troubleshoot integration issues using strong SQL and analytical skills, and collaborate across teams to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
This role reports directly to our Support Manager and is part of a truly global team - with colleagues based in Europe, the Americas, and Asia.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve HCM-to-Payroll integration incidents using strong data analysis skills.
Monitor daily interface performance and take proactive action when failures occur.
Manage a structured queue of support tickets, ensuring timely and SLA-aligned resolution.
Lead and participate in customer meetings, offering technical insight and updates.
Collaborate with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues.
Maintain clear documentation on incidents, resolutions, and best practices.
Consistently align work with established KPIs and service standards.
What We're Looking For
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in technical support or systems integration roles.
Strong SQL skills (able to write queries, read logs, and analyse datasets).
Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Comfortable leading customer calls and explaining technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
Well-organized and self-motivated, with strong remote collaboration skills.
Able to work on a hybrid basis (2 days/week on-site in Marbella).
Experience with HCM or payroll systems is a strong plus.
