- Develop and maintain REST APIs, SOAP web services, OData integrations and secure SFTP interfaces across the integration estate
- Help shift the organisation away from legacy point to point and file based interfaces towards governed, reusable, API led integration patterns

- Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors, ideally via OData APIs
- Experience developing secure integrations into and out of Databricks or a comparable cloud data lakehouse platform
- Comfort working within SDLC, change management and IT General Control processes, with strong stakeholder communication
- Hands on experience with automated testing, source control and CI/CD
- Exposure to sensitive data handling in regulated environments is an advantage
- Base salary circa €85,000 - €121,000 commensurate with experience
- Discretionary incentive award plus a competitive benefits package, including pension, private medical insurance and hybrid working
- A high impact seat on a major global HR technology programme, with real influence over the future integration landscape
- Access to ongoing learning, development and career progression within a growing EMEA business
