The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for an Integrated Account Partner to join Roche! As the Integrated Account Partner, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our ambitions for patients across a number of areas in the portfolio. You will be responsible for optimising our portfolio with the key stakeholders at an IMOC/Medicines optimisation level, ensuring not only optimal positioning, but also ensuring there are no barriers to uptake, and that positive endorsement and advocacy actively drives uptake.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and implementing market access strategies through integrated account management

  • Map and understand the role that payor stakeholders play in relation to influencing, decision making and funding mechanisms across the geographic footprint.

  • Develop payor intimacy, grow and nurture transparent payor relationships to optimise Roche medicines.

  • Ensure rapid access to innovative medicines, anticipating access barriers, and securing preferential positioning with optimal funding for Roche medicines.

  • Proactively responding to the changing NHS environment, maintaining a detailed knowledge of national policy objectives and drivers and applying this at a regional and local level to create opportunities for Roche to partner with payor stakeholders within the NHS.

  • Identify examples of optimal services that deliver better outcomes to more patients faster, sharing with similar health economies, supporting adoption at scale and pace.

  • Delivery of Advanced Budget Notification for New Assets.

  • To ensure that all knowledge management and CRM systems are maintained in accordance with Roche standards, possess a thorough understanding of the provisions of the ABPI Code of Practice, remaining compliant with Roche SOPs and policies.

  • Deliver on our Customer Commitments



Your profile:

  • Significant experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry.

  • Proven ability to create and deliver on access strategies at a local level

  • Track record of being able to lead teams by example with or without direct authority.

  • High scientific aptitude and proven ability to prioritise and collaborate across a diverse group of stakeholders

  • Dynamic, self-starter with strong influential skills, as well as entrepreneurial spirit

  • Expertise on NHS structure, function and operations

  • Expertise and experience of leading access strategies across a portfolio

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong, professional relationships

  • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Commercial, Regulatory and technical awareness

  • Experience in Ophthalmology desirable
