Insurance Transformation Program Lead

FintechOS is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, customer-facing insurance transformation initiatives. You will coordinate across engineering, product, consulting and client leadership to deliver strategic outcomes using both Agile and Waterfall methods.

You will drive governance, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery while nurturing executive sponsorship and long-term customer success across a portfolio of programs.
