About Your New Job

• As a Sales Agent, you will sell motor, home, and travel insurance to members and customers via inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling!).
• Drive sales, exceed performance targets, and deliver excellent customer service, creating a positive impression of the brand.
• Confidently handle objections, close sales, and escalate complex cases when necessary, all while working as part of a high-performing team.
• Standard working hours include 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday, plus 1-2 Saturdays every 4 weeks (10 AM - 3 PM).

What Skills You Need

• At least 1 year's experience in a Sales role (Contact Centre experience preferred).
• Proven track record of working to and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, resilience in handling objections, and a positive, results-driven attitude.
• Adaptability and teamwork are essential.
• Insurance qualifications (APA/CIP) are a plus, or willingness to work toward them.
