Job Description

EXL (NASDAQ: EXLS) seeks a Technical Business Analyst-Insurance Data, Analytics & AI in London, hybrid; 4 days in the office. You will translate underwriting problems into clear requirements, design data solutions, and bridge client teams with offshore data science and engineering groups.

The role requires 5-8 years of BA experience, expertise in SQL/Python, BI tools, cloud platforms, and strong communication. UK work eligibility is essential.
