Insurance Claims Advisor - Hybrid, Bonus Eligible

Northgate Insurance Services, part of ZIGUP, is hiring a Customer Advisor in Peterlee. Based at our Peterlee HQ with hybrid options after probation, you'll handle calls from customers, guiding them through the claims process with empathy and clarity.

Working hours are 37.5 per week, shifts 8am-9pm weekdays and 8am-6pm weekends. Starting salary £25,004 with potential increases as you gain experience, plus a monthly performance bonus and our Ace Award scheme.
