Institutional Counsel - Asset Management (Hybrid London)

Columbia Threadneedle Investments is seeking a Legal Counsel to support the Senior Institutional Business Lawyer across EMEA in delivering legal advice for institutional clients. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Investment Management Agreements and related contracts, and advising on regulatory matters.

You will coordinate with Tax, Finance, and external counsel, manage complex legal questions, and contribute to UK and offshore fund product guidance.
