Installation Manager - Interior Landscaping & Installations

Permanent Full-Time Field-Based (London & Surrounding Areas)

Salary: Up to £38,000 + Uniform Provided

An established workplace design and interior landscaping business is seeking an experienced Installation Lead to oversee high-quality plant and display installations across corporate client sites.

This is a hands-on, field-based role suited to someone who enjoys leading small teams, delivering exceptional client service, and working within fast-paced commercial environments across London.

The Role

You'll be responsible for delivering interior and exterior planting installations within corporate workplaces, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Typical start times are between 7:00am - 8:00am, depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver installation projects in line with project plans and client expectations
• Lead and coordinate small installation teams onsite
• Remain hands-on throughout installations, supporting with physical setup and planting displays
• Act as the main onsite contact for clients, providing professional updates and solutions
• Identify and resolve onsite challenges proactively
• Ensure projects are completed on time, to specification, and to quality standards
• Coordinate subcontractors where required
• Accurately use handheld devices and internal systems to record installation progress
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and management
• Follow all health & safety procedures and site compliance standards
• Carry out manual handling and physical installation activities as required

About You

Candidates with backgrounds in:

• Interior landscaping
• Facilities installations
• Retail fit-outs
• Events/exhibitions
• Construction or commercial installations
• Horticulture installations

Package

• Permanent, full-time contract (37.5 hours per week)
• Rotating Saturday work required
• Salary up to £38,000 depending on experience
• Uniform provided
• Field-based role covering London and surrounding areas
