The Role
Long-term, short-term and hourly paid positions available
Opportunities across FE colleges and post-16 settings in Newport and surrounding areas
Competitive rate of pay - £28 to £40 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)
Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons aligned to curriculum standards
Assess, track and support learner progress
Differentiate teaching to meet diverse learner needs
Promote positive behaviour and professional standards
Support learners' progression into higher education, apprenticeships or employment

Requirements:
Relevant degree, vocational qualification or significant industry experience within your subject area
Teaching qualification (PGCE/PCET, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent) desirable, though not essential for some vocational roles
Experience teaching or training within FE, post-16 or adult learning settings
Strong classroom management and organisational skills
Ability to motivate and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) is required
